The meeting brought together prominent figures including Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, President of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK); Dr. Asım Hocaoğlu, President of the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK); Prof. Dr. Hakan Eroğlu, President of the Turkish Health Institutes (TÜSEB); Prof. Dr. Sedat Kaygusuz, Director General of Public Health; Uzm. Dr. Musa İlker Durak, Deputy Director of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy at TİTCK; Ali Cem Ersoy, Deputy Secretary General of the Employers' Union of the Pharmaceutical Industry (İEİS); Dr. Ecz. Nihan Burul Bozkurt, Director of Health Policies at the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (AİFD); Dr. Ecz. Hafize Bilge Eren, Public Relations Manager for Technical Processes at İEİS; Prof. Dr. Figen Çizmeci Şenel, President of the Turkish Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Health Services (TÜSKA); and representatives from various professional associations, including the Public Health Specialists Association (HASUDER), Turkish Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology (EKMUD), Federation of Family Medicine Associations (AHEF), Turkish Society of Family Medicine Specialists (TAHUD), and Turkish Society of Internal Medicine Specialists (TİHUD).

Additionally, academics and scientists from various universities, including Hacettepe University, participated in the meeting. The discussions focused on vaccine production efforts in Turkey, current challenges, and proposed strategies to overcome these challenges.
